They were forthright about what to expect and prepared us in the event my son was reluctant to accept help. The intervention went but unfortunately my son was not ready. That very night, my son finally said he needed help and was willing to go for treatment. Joe was immediately available and came to the house, picked up my son, and took him to a treatment center over two hours away without hesitation.
